How much can I claim?

Up to €600. The EU as part of the regulation which entitles you to compensation has laid out the levels payable.

How long does a claim take to be settled?

This can vary according to the nature of the claim, but can take as little as a few weeks.

How much will it cost me?

There will be no ‘out of pocket’ costs to you. We operate on a no win, no fee basis. Fees are only deducted once your claim has been paid or if unsuccessful, you pay nothing.

Can I make a claim myself?

Yes, you are of course free to make the complaint yourself. If on the other hand you feel daunted by the process, or don't have the time to fill in all the forms, chase responses directly with the company you are complaining to or to argue your case, we offer a hassle free alternative. Our experienced team understand how to successfully claim your compensation.

Will I have to pay an upfront fee?

We will never ever call you and ask for upfront fees.
